Consolidated Agreement and Complementary Agreements

In the consolidated agreement, one or more references appear under certain sections or paragraphs. The first reference indicates the source of the text prior to any amendment; subsequent references indicate the source of each subsequent amendment.
Ex. 1: NQA, s. 10.1 Compl. A. no. 2, s. 2
Meaning: section 10.1 of the original Agreement, subsequently amended by Complementary Agreement No. 2, section 2.
Ex. 2: Compl. A. no. 1, sch. 1, s. 1
Meaning: new text added by Complementary Agreement No. 1, Schedule 1, section 1.
Complementary Agreements
An "Amendment integrated" reference indicates that the required amendment has been integrated into the Northeastern Québec Agreement, either as text added, replaced or struck out.
Shaded text refers to text that has been added to the consolidated Northeastern Québec Agreement.
The provisions of complementary agreements that were unable to be integrated are found in the respective complementary agreements.
